Workers' Rights: How to Access Our Services

The Workers' Rights Program primarily serves day laborers, domestic workers, and workers whose rights have been violated under Federal, State, and San Francisco employment laws. Please call (415) 575-3500 prior to coming to our Workers' Rights Legal Clinic to inquire about your eligibility for services in the clinic.

The Workers' Rights Legal Clinic assisting in employment law violations is every 2^nd and 4^th Tuesday evening at 5:30 p.m. at our offices at 474 Valencia Street, Suite 295, San Francisco, CA 94103.  Our wage-theft self advocacy clinic is every 1^st and 3^rd Tuesday at 5:30pm, also located at our Valencia Street office.
